Training

Training is offered in three ways, either at our training facility at the SUKEMA offices in Cape Town or customised training on-site or virtual courses are offered country wide.

Our training is offered to existing clients who require new training or top-up training and also to new clients.  It is not limited to a specific numbers of users. The training includes manuals, exercises and exams. On completion, a user certificate is issued to the successful candidate, who is then activated on the Helpdesk for support purposes.

Clients are now able to make use of our ‘Hosted Training Environment” which is monitored by our product experts to ensure that staff are completing their training exercises to the desired standards and completeness.

ORGANISING TRAINING

Please contact us on 0861 116 103 to organise training for your specific requirements.

You will be required to book or schedule your training times with Sukema, indicate who is to be trained, where the individuals are situated geographically and how you would like the training to take place.  Once you have committed to the training by signing off the training schedule you will be liable for the cost of the training should the training be cancelled from your side and no refunds will be paid for people who don't attend scheduled courses.  Sukema will make every effort to accommodate all your training requirements.

For on-site client training travel and accommodation for our training facilitator is for the account of the client.
